Yup it's open though there is a retired squad car directory in the middle. They put it there to stop riding during the ban and left it there when it reopened😂

honestly, nobody checks so the park is never really closed. you could stay overnight if you really wanted. however, you can find the *official* opening and closing time on the entrance sign, which is also posted as a picture.
