The nurses aids in this facility are horrible. And the facility still haven't paid the bill for my mom's transportation to the doctor so now they are trying to force my mom to pay it. Also they left my mom at the doctor's office until 7pm. They never called the transportation vehicle to pick her up I had to literally call them several times and I had to get belligerent before they did what they were supposed to do. Worst experience ever.

They "lost" my father the first day, gave him medication on an empty stomach, the head nurse and social worker don't return phone calls or inform you of things. Place looks nice but the service and care given isn't what you want for your loved ones.

The visiting hours are from 8 to 8 But if you need to spend more time with a family member arrangements can be made. It's really a great place. Unfortunately I've had to go there 7 times and never had a problem.
