Tub was clogged, Engineering refused to clean the tub after unclogging. Smoke alarm went off continuously with no resolution on two separate days! There was no cold water and wasn’t even advised of the issue throughout my stay. Imagine your toddler child trying to take a shower and the water turns scorching hot ! Never once was recognized as a Honors Member. No water provided ! Older lady at the front desk continued to have hskp send wrong items . Specifically asked for set of towels and washcloths. Received bed linen, 2nd time I received just 2 washcloths. When I asked the housemen why he continues to come with the wrong items he advises this all the front desk told me ! No type of order or hospitality within this hotel !

Convenient to Prometric testing site. Overall, a grungy feel. Definitely WAY below standards for a hotel associated with Hilton. Shower water was lukewarm, hot tub is closed for renovations. If you need a diet soda, you need $2 worth of quarters as the vending machine does not accept credit cards or dollar bills.

We were very happy with our stay. The room stereo very clean and were ready fairly early. The stsff did their best to accommodate us and we were very thankful for their help! We would definitely stay there again!

Very disappointed in this hotel. I travel a lot for work and Hilton’s are my preferred brand. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness at this property, considering we are in a pandemic. Upon e-checking into my room, and getting settled that I noticed hair on the toilet seat, hair in the shower, and leftover food and drinks in the fridge. I was disgusted. I called the front desk to request a thorough housekeeping in the morning, as I’m scheduled to stay here for 5 days, however the front desk agent told me that she would not be able to request housekeeping due to the length of my stay. She could only “move” my room. I was livid. When e-checking into the available rooms this was one of the few rooms available away from the elevator, not to mention the inconvenience of re packing all of my things to move. She exclaimed that she would get “fussed” at if she didn’t switch my room. I will most certainly be checking out in the morning and booking the remainder of my stay elsewhere.
