Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was really nice and continental breakfast was good. Only complaint is crept in the rooms, carpet in hotels must word me out.

Positive: For the reasonable price point, we got a super clean room (including carpet) and bathroom, with a comfortable bed and good linens at a location that was easy to find off the highway, and a decent breakfast and pretty nice hotel. Negative: No, can't think of anything. It was an overall positive experience to stay there for one night on our visit to Hot Springs.

Clean room, super friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was great! Gave options for our 2 children and ourselves. Pet friendly and had treats at the front desk for them!

My family of 5 and our dog stopped here for the first time on our way to Tennessee for Christmas. Our first impression was they had gone out of their way to decorate for Christmas. It was welcoming and festive. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating! The price for all of us and our dog was fantastic! The room was clean and smelled recently disinfected. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Even the pull out couch was comfortable for two teenagers. The bathroom was large and clean, and we appreciated the double sinks. In the morning they had a wide variety of breakfast items. As we were loading the car, one of the employees who noticed me struggling to put our bags in our car top carrier offered to help. Overall a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to others!!
