The Pizza School is absolutely worth the money! Mark, the owner, will teach you extremely simple dough and sauce recipes that are the basics for creating delicious pizzas. As well as the techniques needed to properly shape, and cook, a pizza. Over the course of the class there will be some pizza history lessons, New York City restaurant tips, jokes, and delicious pizzas that both you, and Mark, create. As a foodie, I've tried many slices of pizzas in New York City. The pizza created here, by my own hand, was better than most of them. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to cook pizza in their own home.

My husband and I took the pizza class three or four years ago. We are still making homemade pizza. Take the class. It is worth it and so much fun. I never knew there was a pizza wall. I would take the class again if I got the chance.
