I almost didn't want to do a review because google requires that you give at least a star and I don't think they deserve it. Just to give them a chance, because everybody has a bad day sometimes, I chose not to write my review 6 months earlier. Nothing has ever been different. While there are few nice staff, the majority are, in my opinion, unkind, uncaring, and unsuitable to be in an environment that involves interaction with the public. Publix should do some serious inquiring, because a brief interaction with the majority of this pharmacy staff seriously tarnishes their brand.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Every single time I pick up a prescription it’s not ready. I just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to be told my script was nt ready as promised and I needed to return an hour later. Unacceptable when they have had the order for over a day. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere unless you like unnecessary trips.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. Visit our locations page to find a store where Walk-In Care is available and ask a pharmacy associate to assist you.
Publix Pharmacy is currently administering shingles, pneumococcal (pneumonia), tetanus shots, and more. Visit our vaccine page to see a list of the vaccines we offer.
The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
