My grandson was bullied by bigger kids,and the staff did nothing. A grown man was hurting kids in dodgeball and again staff did nothing.

This place looks fun, but it turns out they were randomly closed today and the only word of this ANYWHERE was a small banner on the top of their website. Nothing listed on their Facebook page, on their front doors, or on their voice-mail. We saw several other groups of people try to open the front doors. Would have loved to know this before driving to Springfield and getting a hotel room!!

I would log into skyzone.com and enter your zip ode. Scroll down and click on the date and number of jumpers and how long u want to jump for. I think they charge per 1/2 hr.
Yes you can have birthday parties there just go to the sky zone website and set it up.
They are open 11-7 today for Presidents day. Toddler time is Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-4pm and Sunday's 10am-11am.
Be prepared to fill out a waiver. Takes 5 minutes then I believe it's $10 per kid per hour. I'm an Elite+ member at the rate of $40/month. By far best deal, whole family loves it. Free drinks included and unlimited jump time as often as you please!

Its when sky zone turns all of the house lights off and everything is lit up in blacklight florescent glow. Hope it helps.

Sky Zone will be closed on Christmas Day. We are open 10am-4pm on Christmas Eve!
