Pros: Good maintenance. Any kind of issues, we can call them and they will immediately send a peron to fix it. Very good location. shops and schools all in walkable distance. Comfortable and friendly community people. You wont miss your home country when u r here. Good pool to enjoy during summer. Cons: heating system is bit not ok. thats because they r strict with NJ laws about the temperature ofcourse. No picnic area or proper play area to spend time.

While we have only lived here in THV for a short time the whole experience has been a good one. From the first time I called desperately searching for a place to live to my first request for repairs the experience as been a fantastic one. The office staff have gone out of their way first to calm my nerves and then to assist my wife and I with the lease process to move in day and made us feel very welcome and answered every question so thoroughly it made feel at ease about moving from our home of 27 years to my first garden apartment. And then I wanted a three repairs made in our apartment. I called maintenance department number at approximately 10 am when I arrived home at 1:30 pm the repairs were just about completely done. And when I came home again shortly there after everything was done and a very high quality job. All I could say was WOW. So far the Troy Hills Village experience has been a great one.

Negative 20. Rude staff. No help. Steal money. Liza was worst of them all. That simple. They just want that $ in there pockets even if it’s stolen. They don’t listen by their own policies yet the only one they do follow is non refundable application fee. Which was approved but canceled then they asked for 8k to move forward with the first application and obviously we declined. We sent in another application even after finding out it was under the same application office but different complex they already had all our information but Liza asked us to do another one so another $100. No problem we did that and heard nothing from her so when my brother called after work she tells him we canceled because you missed a document. Talks to him with no respect and hangs up. Not professional at all. And EVERYTHING WAS SUBMITTED. She really wasted our time and money and thanks to her a family might be on the streets since there is no availability in parsippany.

Just contact the leasing office. You have to fill a form and provide photo for ID card. You get a card in couple of days
