Please avoid this Dollar store. This the worst customer service in Parsippany area. I came 8:50pm to buy construction paper for kids school project, the door to the store was locked without any warning signs. Store hours are 9am-9pm (this was Wednesday). The sales-help was letting customers out and i asked to let me in to get one thing, i was told that she will get fired if she let anymore customers in because she needs to clean the store. When i asked for her manager’s name she said she doesn’t have to tell me. I insisted to speak to the manager who was at the register all this time (!), that manager declined to speak with me, her name is Catana. Both were rude and disrespectful.
