I have been living at these apartments since 2014. They are older on the inside but overall I’m very happy here and am a frontline worker single mama who needed a safe and secure place to live and these apartments are great. I don’t feel like I can’t walk outside with my child, the grounds are kept fantastically, they are the best with snow removal and safety. I usually won’t post for satisfaction experiences but after I’ve had the privledge of experiencing one of the employees I felt it was critical to name drop him as he has elevated my home from a 4 to a 5 star. Mike is a super at the Vail property as our apartments are owned by the same people and he is kind, considerate, respectful to all people and is committed. Without him my child and I could not enjoy the pool that the Intervale gardens complex has. He works full Time and the comes here to lifeguard so we can still Enjoy our summer. With the cost of everybrinf rising and me being a hustler I was worried my child miss out on the joys of summer but I look forward to the weekends knowing Mike is the lifeguard who interacts positively with my child, keeps the pool clean and well kept and brightens our day. Our world has so many horrors in it I am grateful for my home and that Mike is part of the management group helping me create memories with my child.
