As a resident of the previous management, Harbor Group, since 2018, my husband and I have seen everything to offer at this property. The previous company prior (Modera) did not manage the site well and left a bad taste in many resident’s mouths. Since updating management companies in 2020, things have definitely been on the upward scale. We loved the management team while there, and have actually found them to be more helpful than any other team we’ve interacted with. Facilities were maintained most of the time with exception to the dog wash station which somehow always looks like it hasn’t been touched with a cleaner in months, but otherwise, it’s a nice place to live. There are alarm issues, so keep that in mind. There also used to be events and activities hosted by the property, including weekly food trucks for the residents to enjoy. That has since stopped, and they mostly just advertise for local events outside of the property. We have since moved out Jan 2022 and have no representation of the current management. This building seems to be a money pit for any management team that purchases the property so beware renters if that seems off putting for you. It honestly was a nice building, good facilities, great location for commuters and those looking for a place to rest their head, which is why I am giving the property 4 stars.

New management will nickel and dime you. They charge 2 separate Service Fees ($0.95 and $2.95) while the average rent is $3,000. They really need your pennies.
