I went to pep boys for a tire replacement due to flat tire. They were very busy but took me in and notified that they didn't have the tire in stock. Patrick from the store went out of his way to pick up the tire from the warehouse and the team stayed extra to help me with my car. This was the best experience I've had with a shop and it's always a great experience with them. Patrick really went out of his way to provide a great service.

Why can't the service prices for an oil change be listed on the website like any other company? I didn't ask for the "summer start pack" in October, but that's apparently what I received when I just wanted the oil change and free tire rotation. My tires were not rotated. Also, very expensive. I cannot recommend.
