I came to Eyeglass World to get an exam and the Optometrist Duncan Smith was Amazing! I told him, he was the thorough doctor I’d ever had. I came to get my glasses ordered the next day and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She did an awesome job helping me get 2 pair of glasses and a year supply of contacts for under $500. I learned something new from Cebrian and I’ll take it with me from now on. The 3 digit number tells you how far the arm of the frame will sit behind your ear! Thank you very much team for a great time at the Eyeglass store!

If I could give negative stars I would. Devon was TERRIBLE. She was so nasty that we canceled our glasses order. When we asked what all the charges were for and why it cost what it did she wouldn’t explain. She just kept saying “This is what it costs after insurance” When we asked about the scratch protection because last year’s lenses didn’t last but a few months she said to take better care of them. Well when you have worn glasses your entire life and never had any problems with scratching you know what you are talking about. DO NOT go there!
