The fee’s are outrageous. Due to a fire, the unit was unoccupied and water was off from February 14 - June and my bills were over $80/mo for those months. The trash here is in my Oates Energy bill at $25/mo, and having no water use, it goes to show how much of that bill is fee’s. This time last year my bill was around $50 (including the $25 for trash). Now I’m paying over $100/mo. I called and was told there was nothing they could do.

That is funny Marie. I have AT&T, ADT, JEA, used to pay rent online, and all of them came with convenience fees. I've lived in Florida for 21 yrs...must be nice you never got charged.
