Just started with Poolwerks in December to put in a heater for the hot tub and clean the pool weekly. Took months to get the heater in but I do t think that was their fault. Unfortunately, I just received a message that they are dropping me for cleaning. They did try to set me up with an alternate service company who promptly change my days of service to a day that is not good for me and the first week, the company never showed up. Back to the drawing board searching for a good company. With all these great reviews, I really thought that I had found a good one.. When I look back, all the good reviews are a couple of years old. I know it’s hard these days. Bummed

The website says "open" and "in store shopping", but when I come to the store, it says "open by appointment only" Either update your website to accurately reflect your store hours or stop advertising in store shopping. In fact, I've yet to come here and find it open and I've tried 3 times. Pinch A Penny is a far superior store for pool supplies and services. At least you can shop at their stores.
