The office staff and everyone in the community is so kind and welcoming. I have been living here for a few months now and have had such a pleasant experience! The maintenance crew is so nice and always take care of any issue so quickly. The gym and pool are super nice perks too. I love living here!

I have lived at Village Walk apartments for over four years. It is by far the best apartment complex in all of Jacksonville. The apartments are huge, there is ample parking, and the grounds are constantly kept clean. High ceilings, a strong air conditioner, and the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are all top-notch. I have a huge tub in my bathroom (that I noticed when I was initially looking for an apartment in the area that most places did not have.) There are several supermarkets nearby, and you are incredibly close to all the stores at St John's Town Center. As an added bonus, it's only 15 minutes to Jacksonville Beach. What truly makes Village Walk the best place in Jacksonville are the people who work in the main office. After reading numerous negative reviews about other apartment complexes in the area, I was nervous that this was the norm in Jacksonville. This is not the case at Village Walk. The staff and manager continually strive to make living here the best experience possible. The initial paperwork was easy to do, and they answered any questions I had and made the entire process from start to finish extremely pleasant. Since then, the staff in the rental office and the maintenance people have been one of the main reasons I stay here. Any issues I have had, and there has only been a small handful, the maintenance team handles it immediately, quite often the same day. Serge is not only a nice guy but know's exactly what he is doing and is sure to check in with you afterward to be sure you're pleased and that everything is running smoothly. The office staff are quick to help,  understanding, and most of all, fair, especially Ashley and the office manager, Ish, who constantly go out of his way to ensure the residents are happy. In the 4 years I've lived here, Ish has gone above and beyond to ensure everything at Village Walk is as it should be. If you have any issues, he is there to talk to you and be sure that you walk away satisfied. There are monthly events for those that enjoy interacting with the other people who live here, who are extremely friendly. The pool and gym are consistently maintained, and the pool just got new deck chairs and furniture, adding even more to the appeal of the pool and hot tub area. I had considered at one point moving to be closer to work, but after looking at other apartments and the horrific reviews of other apartments around Jacksonville, the choice was obvious to stay at Village Walk. I am so happy that I did. I know it sounds like I'm going on and on about what an incredible place this is to live, and it's because it truly is. I have lived in many different cities and apartments, and Village Walk, by far, IS THE BEST. It is safe, clean, and well maintained, the rent is totally reasonable, and the staff, manager, and maintenance are unbelievably kind and fair and keep Village Walk running smoothly. P.s - the views from around the water at sunset are incredible.

Village Walk #1. STOP! Don’t look any further! After looking at many communities in Jacksonville we decided Village Walk would be our home. Under the leadership of Ish, Community Manager, and his Admin Staff of Val and Ashley, he has created a beautiful, safe and professional community. Maintenance is never an issue with Sergey, Maintenance Manager, and his well-trained crew. Village Walk: Professional, Beautiful, Best Location, Safe and Affordable. No one could ask for more!
