Overall good,. Great for dog owners. Garage and the stairwells have a spider problem, and pool can be loud, they play music that can not be turned down. Garbage picking but not Wednesday or Saturdays. Wood Frame Construction. Some Airbnb rentals. Safe, cameras are everywhere.

CUST SERVICE/OFFICE STAFF: I looked at several apartments before deciding on a place to live and I'm so glad I decided on Fusion. First of all, Dickie was awesome! I haven't rented in 20+ years and a lot has changed. Dickie was patient with my endless questions and helped me navigate the process. There was a delay with the unit I was supposed to get and he quickly stepped in and found me another unit that met all my needs. PROPERTY: The property is clean, well maintained and has great amenities! Living in Florida, I absolutely love having the parking garage and the fact that it's attached to the building is even better. The building is secured and a key fob is required for entry. Need a package delivered? Not a problem - they'll deliver it to your front door, which is located within the building and not exposed to the general public. Other apt complexes charged an add'l fee, but not Fusion. For reference, I am on the forth floor/poolside and for the most part it's been very quiet. I work full-time so quiet/good sleep is imperative and I've not had any problems. One thing I'd like to add is that management seems to take a genuine interest in me, as a Fusion resident. I love that I can pop downstairs to ask them a question and never feel like I'm "bothering" them. They are always, friendly, professional, and glad to assist.

Good location. Good staff. Fort Family however, is not ethical. If you need to make some amount of deposit, they will find a way to keep part of it...( Revenue enhancement,anyone?) Also fought with cockroaches, (even though pest control was contracted by them and was included in the rent) noise in the parking lot occasionally, If you want to be among dogs, this place is for you! Everyone seems to have one or more.

I live on the 3rd floor and my answer to your question is yes but it depends on the person living above you. I rarely hear the person that moved in above me recently. I work from home and they are there everyday. The previous tenant apparently wore wooden clogs 24/7, dropped something heavy once a day and had a dog that used a megaphone when it barked. I was overjoyed when she moved.
