Don’t recommend anyone going to this location I almost lost my baby due to a doctors failure to check if my water broke I am a new time mom I told her I think my water broke she didn’t check to see if my water broke she measured my stomach using the tape I told her I always measured ahead and that I feels my stomach being smaller and that I was scared something was going to happen and I wanted to be induced at 39 and couple days she failed to listen to my worry’s and even made her nurse to check to see how dilated I am I had a gut feeling to go to emergency where they had told me my water had broke a couple days ago I went from water level of 24 to 4

I will start by saying the doctors, nurse practitioner, and receptionist are very professional and kind. However, the majority of the nurses at this location are extremely un-knowledgeable and unprofessional. Multiple times I’ve been to this location nurses have complained and trash talked patients after they have left from behind a wall behind the receptionist area. All the conversations behind there are heard in the main lobby so myself and multiple other patients can hear the nurses complaining about patients. I’ve tried to have blood drawn from this location multiple times and every time I’m poked at least 5 plus times. I’ve been told by multiple nurses at this location that because I have tattoos it is my fault they can not drawn my blood, even though the majority of the time they draw from my hand, which is not tattooed. I’ve been told to go somewhere else to receive care and to have my blood drawn since I’m tattooed. I’ve been discriminated against and told inappropriate information multiple times behind closed doors by the nurses at this location and I’ve caught one nurse trash talking me when she thought I had left. The level of unprofessionalism is concerning. Not one nurse at this location seems to know how to draw blood. I’ve had nurses touch the biohazard box and try to draw my blood after touching it and not changing gloves, one nurse didn’t even put gloves on and tried to drawn blood until I stopped her and requested she wear gloves. An if you do not bleed when they pull the needle out they will refuse to give you a band-aid even though you now have an open wound. Myself and my husband have both been talked down to and treated badly at this location. I recommend the doctors however if you need any blood work done I’d recommend finding another location as the nurses are very discriminating.

DONT GO HERE! Worst experience ever! You will be waiting forever for your test results! Went on 8/30 and I still haven’t heard anything. No one will call me back or anything. I will never go back to this place.

Dr. Greer was very sweet and it took no time to get in and out. It was very clean. I'm please with the service I received. The staff were very friendly and I'll definitely be back!
