Dr. Michael needs to be cloned. He is so amazing. After a huge communication issue I started going to the Visionworks in Greenhills. That was a complete disaster. That place needs to be shut down. When I came back to the Smyrna location Dr. Michael totally made up for all of the mistakes that happened in Greenhills. He is an amazing optometrist and an even more amazing man.

The employees here are amazing!! You may have a bit of a wait but it’s so worth it! My son broke his glasses and the lady that helped me went above and beyond to get him another pair the same day so he wouldn’t have to go to school without his glasses. I appreciate her so much!

Went there to get contacts because mine ran out. The person helping me said they would come in within a week. It’s been a month. I’ve gone almost completely blind for a whole month because the glasses I have aren’t my prescription. When I tried to call I got hung up on after they said they were going to go look for something. Spent almost half an hour trying to get phone contact just for them to hang up.

The staff was so very wonderful from check in to check out. It was very important to get an appointment as soon as possible so i really appreciate the call to let me know of an opening. Dr Mike was awesome! I'm thankful for the care to make sure my sight was where it should be and very informative also. It is hard to find that kind of care as a doctor should have so I am truly grateful.
