Everyone @ Star is very professional, and nice. They are VERY welcoming, and accommodating. Tom (my PT), and all of the staff are FANTASTIC !! I have been in pain for 8 years(car wrecks), and after 2 sessions I'm getting relief. Don't delay if you're questioning them. GO!

I'm not sure how much in advance you would need but in my experience they gave me an appointment a week out from initial contact.
I am not sure. They do take Social Security, and Medicare. I would call them.
