I am consistent customer with great clips but I am extremely unhappy to go this store since the associate that did my hair cut and other associate which i notified my issue was racist to me and not acknowledge my issue and told me its done with my hair trim with in the 5 minute’s and upon telling her that my hair cut from the back its not blended properly and its not even , she did not fixed it instead she told me to get out from my store and when i said i want to speak with manager about this experience she didn’t let me talk to manager and claimed her friend is is manager but she was not . This is last time i am giving my business to great clips. They are not trained and it’s worst decision to go for there service. Its shame you behave such way with customers and losing your business.

Hello, I wanted to reach out in regards to my sons recent visit to the Great Clips off Deerwood Park. My husband and son went today to get their hair cut and my son came back with his hair looking like this. I am unsure if the hair stylists are trained before working but they should at least be able to know how to NOT give a child razor burn. One of his moles are bleeding and his hair stylist cut his neckline extremely short and not even straight! You can legit see his natural hair line in the photo and see where she needed to cut. This is not the first time this has happened to him and it is very upsetting to say the least. There is no way to fix this hair cut as it was already cut severely too short but I could not let it go without sharing feedback. We should not have even been charged for a hair cut like this. Also, to add my child is 11 & sits COMPLETELY still. Just wanted to throw that out there in case there was any question.
