This bank is awful. The employees are always nice but they don’t have free interest checking OR savings. Their ATM fees are up to $4 with a $1,000 withdrawal limit which is literally worse than bars and gas stations. They don’t refund ATM fees either. Oh and in May of 2022 their online banking was down for a full month and they did literally nothing to compensate their customers. Can’t wait to pay off the small card I have with them and never deal with what started as a community focused credit union and became one of least beneficial banks in the city. Great job losing so many 20+ year customers this year guys.

Mobile Banking Stays down never working. Accounts wont Refresh, Still showing the Same Balance from 5 days Ago. Been waiting Hours they Refuse to Talk with Any Live Agent. They Rely on Automated Voice Service for all Customer Service.
