I have been a member of RVCCU for years now and am pleased with my credit union as a whole. Recently, I went to this branch to apply for a loan and worked with Melissa Brooks. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I usually use the downtown branch. However, the downtown branch said I had to fill out my application online. The application wouldn't load so I emailed the person at the branch that said I had to fill out the application online and received no response. This is why I tried a different branch. Melissa let me fill out the loan application in the branch and helped me get approved within a few hours. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and service. I will be using this branch from now on. I do recommend RVCCU for your banking needs and highly recommend this branch located at 723 5th Street NE for an efficient, personable, and welcoming experience. Thank you again Melissa!

Yes you can with either a Valley Free or Gold checking account. We can print your card and have it to you in less than 24 hours.

ACH's come through the Federal Reserve Bank who only provide files Monday - Friday unless it is a Federal holiday. We post four ACH files a day on the day they are available.
That is probably a question better addressed by a representative of the credit union. I'm sure they can and will if you wish.

Ms. White, There are several ways you can do that. You can wire the money from your financial institution, incoming wire instructions are available under "printable forms" on the rvccu.org website. If you utilize an electronic bill pay service you can send the funds through that service, typically. Lastly, we still accept good old fashion mailed in checks to our PO Box 13045, Roanoke, VA 24030. Just please make sure to designate her account on the check. Thank you for your question.
