Love Dr. Berger and his staff! He is very through and explains everything very well! He takes his time which is why you wait! Better than a 5 minute appointment, and you leave confused!

Honestly Dr. Berger is one of the best pediatric doctors I know. We moved from Jacksonville, but til this day every time I take my kids to see a doctor. I always say to myself if I still had Dr. Berger I wouldn’t be going through this. One thing about him he takes his time and examine each child. He definitely was informative about everything. The only thing anyone can complain about is maybe the wait. I understand we all have things to do, but the wait is worth it, because in the end your child would be checked like they suppose to. I use to bring my charger and cleared my schedule for that day, because I knew it would be a wait. We all have to remember he is an excellent doctor so he has LOTS of patients, and he also has to go the hospital to check on his sick patients that have been admitted. Another thing I can tell you HE DON’T PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO THE KIDS. I’m writing this review, because I had to relocate again for work and trying to find another doctor like him is hard. If I could take him and put him in my back pocket I would lol. I strongly recommend him to all parents, but remember yes you may have to wait, so clear your schedule, bring your charger and they have toys in the waiting room for your child. “You can’t always rush perfection” lol, but no seriously he is the perfect doctor in my eyes. We miss you Dr. Berger!!!

I never had a problem with this office because Dr. Berger helped get my child's asthma under control. But today I went to an appointment an the lady up front was so rude I had called before hand letting them know I was going to be late they told me just to come on they was waiting so I did. Well upon arriving I'm told my children couldn't be seen cause it was taking away from other patients now mind you everytime I bring my child to an appointment I sit here at least 3 to 4 hours. Regardless if I was late she didn't have to be so rude like my child wasn't better than the next.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR ! WAITED IN LOBBY 45 min PLUS GOTTEN TO THE BACK HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR ! waited 2 hours plus more to be seen ! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BRINGING A CHILD HERE !! Staff is VERYYY GHETTO !! they did not apologize for the wait nor cared to let me know how long it’ll be before I’ve seen the doctor. When I asked questions they looked at each other as if they was lost & responded “ idk “ & left us in the back as if we was walk ins when our appointment was at 11 arrived at 10:45 until it got 1:13 I walked out !
