Worst company ever to deal with. While I did get the microwave fixed, it took over 4 months and 4 visits to get it right and the warranty is a joke. Mislead from the beginning. All the numbers provided are not helpful and put you on extremely long holds. No one seems to know how to resolve any issues. It's been 7 months too many phone calls and emails to count and I still haven't gotten a refund for an overpayment. And if you try to cancel the warranty because your dissatisfied they will try and charge you a cancelation fee. How's that for customer service. This company DOES NOT CATE about their customers only about how much they can make from hard working people. Just Horrible and beyond frustrating.

The technician tested his repair of my ice maker and all is well! I have a 90 Day Warranty on my repair to the ice maker. Nice man, he knew what he was doing!

repairman said i needed a part to replace the original part that was causing the leak in my washer. He put the old part back in the washer and I ordered the new part ($481.00). While i was waiting for the part we continued to use the washer AND...it never leaked again. When the other repairman returned to put in the new replacement part he saw that the machine was working without any leakage so he said he could return the part and get my money back. I am waiting for the money back to show up on my bank statement
