It's genuinely shocking to me that anybody could give this place a positive review. The office staff WILL NOT answer your calls. I don't think the "courtesy officer" that they like to brag about actually exists, they've literally never answered the phone in all the years I lived here. Lot of bad parents here like to let their kids run around unattended, so be prepared to hear constant screaming and slamming at all hours of the day and night. Absolutely crazy to me considering how often you hear gunshots, too. Pure insanity that they expect anybody to pay the prices they ask.

I just moved into this apartment complex and I feel great, thanks to Victoria for her help in the office, and to the maintenance people who are always present in any situation 5++++++++

There was certain amenities that made this community my choice above all others. One of the deciding factors for me was having my own parking space so that when I come in after dark I would be able to park at my door - this has been taken away. The other deciding factor was that water be included and now that has been taken away. All property activities occur while we are at work - so it seems that the unemployed or work from home residents have become the priority. People that pay on time and/or in full every month should be rewarded in some way - not left out of activities and then be charged higher rates
