Terrible customer service, don't return calls, advertise specials that are no longer valid...huge waste of time.

There is no security to speak of. Front gate is perpetually broken, The gate at the back is not locked and there are homeless people from Walmart parking lot hanging out overnight. Be prepared to have you car broken into and no one at the front office cares one bit to do anything about it. Stench of pot everywhere. Floors are not carpeted. Unless you live on third floor be prepared to have the sound of galloping livestock on top of your head at all hours. Maintenance has a rotten habit of popping in without sending announcements first. Fines for everything, put out your trash a few minutes to early, put a bike on the balcony be prepared to be pay through the nose. The real trouble starts during the move out. Be prepared for financial destruction. A list of charges such as 'final final fee' (no that's not a typo) with no explanation as to how it differs from just 'fee' or just 'final fee'. 'Holding fee' of several hundred dollars, with no explanation as to how it's even applicable to a person moving out of apartment.

Overall, this is a prime location. It is close to the airport, plenty of shopping, a movie theater, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s so close to the interstate, as well. I did enjoy the leasing office staff, as they were professional and very personable. Meghann (no longer works there), and Justina were absolutely amazing to me. The one major issue that I had were the roaches. They were non-stop, no matter how much I cleaned, they were there. I spoke with the leasing office multiple times, and corporate too; but, the roaches stayed persistent. Before moving into one of their spaces, have the maintenance spray for roaches behind appliances, and throughout the cabinets. Immediately following, roach bomb the place yourself. I got to the point where I just started ignoring them, until I moved out. The roaches are there to stay, the only thing changing is the tenant dealing with them. I feel like with the increased rental prices, roaches should not be an issue. I have lived in cheaper rental complexes, and have not had to deal with these roaches issues.
