You can just tell by the nasty comments that they leave, that this place is unprofessional and straight TRASH. I have a friend who lives here and I feel so bad for her. Everything is broke, and ROACHES EVERYWHERE.

JUNE 2019- The reviews your read are NOT the same as my experience. apartment was very beautiful and CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN and I have NO ROACHES OR BUGS and the apartment is COLD AND WATER IS HOT and the apartment complex has been EXTREMELY QUITE EVERY NIGHT and during the day (we walked around the other night while it was still evening hours around 6pm throughout the complex to find the pool and the complex was on the quieter and peaceful calmer side. since I moved in. The landlord is a BUSINESS MAN. So pay your rent on time and there would NEVER BE AN ISSUE FOR YOU. and if you have roaches than dont be lazy and keep your home clean. this is Florida and mosquitoes and sewer roaches might be seen at one point or another ANYWHERE YOU LIVE IN AMERICA. I am a new resident and plan to stay as long as several years. If you need repairs ask with a polite and humble attitude and not a selfish angry prideful spirit. Nobody wants to be talked down to or nasty tones. Anywhere in older buildings may need repaired from time to time. Be patient and ask nicely and only once and you will be much happier and at peace. THANK YOU HASHEM FOR THIS LANDLORD. without him, my SON AND MYSELF WOULD HAD BEEN HOMELESS AND LIVING ON THE STREETS. this man took us in when NOBODY ELSE WOULD. thank you G-d for this man this landlord bless him and his businesses and may he return to his JEWISH ROOTS!
