I found the staff to be so very helpful to me I had a 18 month old baby who was crying and having a fit and one of the staffers at the front desk got up went to the back and got a little popsicle for my baby calm that little boy right on down so that I could stay and finish my visit that was very kind and comprehensive of her to take the initiative to help me to get my baby where I can keep my visit visit. Thank you for such amazing staff they always treat me so amazingly respectful and wonderful

do not go there if seeking professional treatment. i been there numerous times at there 27th ave and baseline location. for different reasons. most noteablly mental health issues which where severe!! was promised help whithin 24hrs. never happend i got the proof too. today i went there because i have a severe shoulder injury im seeking a professional opionion on. just to answer a few questions like, in your professional opionion can the patient work as of today lift weight on it basic questions. and standard treatment practice was denied, not offerd not givin to me . did not even ask where i was having pain at, no xray zero nothing nathda. Krystle Ray was the phoney nurse practioner who seen me. be awere!!!! if seeking professional treatment.

Not good on billing but we love Dr Trinidad. We paid at the time of each visit since we are cash pay and then they come back with more charges for office visits. We have gone to this office in Gilbert before my dr now bought out dr porters office. :(
