I have no problems with Dr Menendez staff. Amanda and Heather for the great care that they provided to me. I do take have qualms about the Dr. Not much help post op. I had 3 surgeries done by him. After lumbar fusion I had sincerely had done. Was left with totally numbness in my right and left feet. And I still do. I was told that it would be "resolved in a year ". Well it still so after 1.5 years. I then had to have a multi level cervical spine surgery. I still have lingering problems. Numb, pain and debilitating arm pain radiating to my right arm and fingers (#4 and 5th). I now have a head I can't hold midline. I'm like a bauble head. I did have a nerve conduction test was informed that it was normal. The results were given to me by Dr's NP. Was upset with him as he was supposed to call me and check how I was. Not get results from anyone else. Then she went on to tell me "that I was no longer a patient of his. I'm a retired RN and had been for 25 years. I've worked in office, and hospital and have NEVER heard of any of the Drs EVER discharge his patient from his practice until his patient's condition had not been resolved. So now I have to start all over with a new Dr. And for that I am mad and, if I were a Dr I'd never send a patient to him. I wouldn't want my patients going to him. Good for office MD, but needs practice with one on one. Dr Menendez I don't like feeling like I was nothing. The office staff and Amanda and Heather are GREAT.

Well If anyone who expects any neurosurgeon to help you especially with a very dangerous situation that you have been dealing with for a while don’t hold your breathe especially Dr. Lanotti and the rest of his associates if you truly think your going to get care and help you need stay away and save your money because one thing is clear they simply don’t care so save yourself the time and disappointment hate to say it they are only in it for the money. Sorry but I don't know the answer for this question
I go to The Pain Center. They help me with pain with injections, meds and minor procedures but refer to Spinal Specialist for major surgeries like AZ Neurosurgery & Spine Specialist. I have been to the Barrow Brain and Spine near St. Joseph's Hospital. The Pain Center is good but it is kind of "mechanical". I would prefer a more educational human approach. Same with AZ Neuro. Surg. I have met with just 2 Neurosurgeons so far, 1 at each facility. I believe if you are able shop around. Medicine is not like it used to be where doctors take time and get to know and understand what "every" option is about. My experience is they are way to busy and you see Nurse Practitioners for the most part. Barrow was a good experience. The surgeon was informative but wanted to take a lot of spine out. So I waited for other options. I did the MILD procedure and it was good. The Vertiflex hurt and you can feel it under your skin. But if you are not experiencing degeneration in bone shop around for PM
yes or atleast I had to
Dr. Wilson is a very compassionate person. They are clean and comfortable type of medical services.
