This is the worst facility in keeping family informed and showing compassion.. I live in oregon and tried several times to talk to someone about my moms care. The front desk is rude. I had to leave message with the administrator.. who did not call me. but had a lady name patients call.. she did update date me on moms health and care. And also said she would call me with and update and plan for someone to contact me on mom's care.. which never happened. Now mom is back home.. this place does not care about the out of town family.. if they did they would do all they could to insure they stick by there word.. if I had my choice my mom would never go back there. Plus when I asked her to talk to the physical therapist. He said he didn't have time.. not very professional at all. Makes you wonder how they treat the patientsπŸ€”

Worst place to take a family member, if zero was an option that's what I would give it . Front desk is super rude no proper equipment seems like the only ones leaving the positive reviews are the ones working there.

If I could rate this place ZERO STARS I would. This front desk staff is the rudest person in the facility I asked her for her names SEVERAL TIMES, asked to speak with a manager and her response was β€œshe’s not here right” after asking someone else they prompted me to the lead who was in charged. This is a medical facility and the staff does not properly wear their masks when dealing with patients. This front desk lady IS SUPER RUDE AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND COMMON KNOWLEDGE. They also do not care about their patients, my dad would ask his nurse for water and they would never bring it to him (this happened on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS) please consider every single review when trying to decide where to find care for your loved one. HORRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give zero stars I would. Before you trust any positive reviews of this place, know that they made me give a 5-star review on Google only a few weeks into my employment. I worked here at the start of the pandemic as a cna and am now almost finished with nursing school. Looking back I am extremely disgusted at the way I saw patients treated, and the way I was treated as an employee. If this is not your last or only affordable option, do NOT come here.
