I came into the hotel around 2:15am July 29, 2022! On arrival there was some issues with my reservation with my brother through Marriott! Then I’d told the manager on duty that I will just get a a room and use my tax exempt form for a rate that was cheaper than the employee discount which she said would be better to use than the employee discount! So then she took my ID and had me fill out a Tax exempt form and said that she will have the manager that comes in the next morning to contact me with the rate! No one contacted me until I went outside and came back up to my room and my room key wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk where I ask what was the problem and I was informed that my room rate was at 139 for the first night and 149 for the following two nights for my stay without my taxes Exempt form! After talking to Aiden I was informed that he would fix the rate and I will pay for the first two nights! I also explain to him that I offered the first night to put a credit card on file so that the payment can be withdrawn or hailed on the card until my check out where I would pay for all three nights! Aidan handled the situation very professional and show courtesy and respect for what the mistake of the prior person who gave me a rate and honored it and for that I want to say that the Marriott has a very good customer service when it comes to fixing problems Aiden did just that!

Positive: This is right by the airport. If you need easy in and out. The room we got a suite was big Staff where very helpful and polite Negative: The kitchen sink was loose. You can here the airplanes coming in and out. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower where empty. Will go elsewhere next time. Breakfast was ok.

Positive: The location, the room was spacious and well decorated. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool area was clean. Negative: Overall, as nice as this place is¿ it could use a deep cleaning. Was so surprised how dirty it was in our room and in the commons area. Just layers of dust and bugs in the window sills.

Positive: The fact that the room was so large, bed was comfortable and there was a kitchen that had the necessary kitchenware items. Negative: Very little to comment on here. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. But, the hotel did supply us with a bag of ice.

Yes. There is an Ethernet socket on the desk. But it wasn't connected to the LAN.
