Worst place ever! Beware they will try and change you 3x the amount quoted by your insurance company and say that your insurance company doesn't know what they are talking about. They are a scam.

Our 3.5 year old son had a few months of speech therapy here. The people are friendly but thats about all I have been satisfied with. His goals were way too high. As an educator, I get that they are *goals*, but still they were set too high. Each week the therapist would question why he had such goals and every week I was told they couldn't change it. This was frustrating beyond what was necessary, because they couldnt give us the same therapist- ever, nor did they seem to keep notes in his file so the next could know where he was at or what he needed. With only a 20-25 minute session per week, starting over EACH time was a HUGE waste of time. The facility/office is a big gym with all kinds of therapies happening at once in the same room, it's loud- totally distracting for some. We decided we are going to take our son somewhere else for therapy. When I tried to cancel all future appointments they continued to call me weekly, for about a month, for reminders of upcoming appointments. Each time I had to call and cancel again. This place just seems like a hot mess. There's more I could say but I think I will just leave it at that.

I have called numerous of times, my son has a disability and not only has none of them called me back they never follow up with me, bad customer service skills and I will be stopping in to file a formal grievance with this company starting with the manager and clinical director...😑💯

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but this was such a bad experience. After scheduling an evaluation for weeks in advance (current patient) and being told everything was ready before the appointment we get a call the morning of the appointment. The forms need to be filled out by the appointment we are told. Not a problem except there are no forms in our portal to fill out. I talk to the front desk twice, get hung up on once, and leave a message with medical records. Then I get a call right at 12 saying my appointment is canceled? I explained the situation, that we have had to move around our schedules for this evaluation and now it's canceled. The front desk then tells "Sorry, it's canceled. Let's reschedule." Then they can fix the problem and do so in about 10 minutes on the phone. Why couldn't we do that before when I called two separate times and was given the runaround to medical records? Terrible communication and customer service. I have been here for 2 years and this is how you treat your clients? Try to look elsewhere for Therapy care.

How long are appointments?

Therapy Tree - Gilbert | Oct 12, 2020
Therapy Tree - Gilbert | Oct 12, 2020

Therapy frequency is recommended by the evaluating therapist and is customized for each child.  Attending therapy consistently at the recommended frequency is the key to meeting therapy goals. Many parents who are new to therapy want an idea, before they come for their initial appointment, of what other families experience during therapy. For speech/language therapy, many of our families bring children for two 30 minute sessions per week. Most of our OT and PT patients are typically seen for one to two 30 - 50 minute session per week. However, it is important to remember that evaluating therapists design therapy for each individual child, so although these frequencies are common, each therapy frequency will be custom designed.
