They had great customer service and it was easy to drop off and pick up. However one of the articles of clothing came back with a brown stain it didn’t have before. I only dropped two articles of clothing off and they took an additional day to clean it than they had originally said. I will have to take it to be recleaned.

First time at Tide Cleaners, and they went beyond my expectations of a dry cleaner. Easy to check in, spotless environment, kind folx working there, a drop off and pick up system with multiple options, and 50% off for first timers? Too easy. Got the shirts and coats back within 24 hours, everything looks great. No complaints, and can't think of a way to improve.

I have used many different dry cleaners and Tide is the best! Excellent customer service! My clothes always look great! They even fix your missing buttons. Highly recommend the South Jordan location.

This location did a great job with the actual dry cleaning. I wish I could give a 5 star review but there was quite a bit of confusion when I picked up my clothes. They couldn’t find all the pieces to our order. The 6 pieces were split into 3 orders and under different names. The manager was very friendly and worked hard to figure it out. I waited close to 20 minutes and when I got home was still missing 1 item. That was more than frustrating, as this should be an easy process for them. All the staff was kind and they deserve 5 stars. Hopefully, this was just a fluke.
