I had a serious problem with the South Jordan store manager Austin I called corporate office seeking assistance the store owner Adrienne called me the next morning And she made right the wrong and told me go back into the store to pick up my firearm Keltec shotgun After Austin refused to release it to me after I already paid for it and had it shipped. The reason he refused to release the gun to me was “we don’t feel comfortable and we have the right to refuse “I believe they were refusing to release it because someone in that store wanted that shotgun I waited almost 2 years for that purchase thank you Adrienne I picked the gun up today June 16

I originally stopped at the 7200s location but, when they didnt have the item I wanted, in stock, they referred me over to this location. After discussing the details of the product I was looking for, with the sales representative, I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. The representative grabbed my product, from the back, handed it over to me, and I headed to the front to pay for it. The cashier bagged it up and I was on my way, with the new toy! However, when I got home, I opened my product and found that ... it was EMPTY! Immediate aggravation, frustration, and a bit of anger roiled around inside me, when I discovered this. I live about 30m away from this location and this increased how irked I was, by a considerable amount. When I called the store, which was mere moments after this realization, I was more heated than I should have been with the service rep who took my call, yet he was professional and stayed calm while helping me. Great job on his part! I returned with this empty box and spoke to the manager, Jake. Now, if I were in his position and presented with this situation, I would probably think it was super sketch. However, he was cordial, polite, and kept his cool. He took the time to track where the problem happened by verifying the display items, the SKU's and serial #'s, and realized I had been giving a display box, with the item still in the display case. He quickly rectified the situation and escorted me to the front, making sure I had no further issues passing the checkout. Now, while the situation completely sucked (1-star), Jake and the original cashier (my apologies that I dont have his name) took the time to make sure the situation was resolved quickly and that I was leaving happy (4-star) Happy customer!

I have spent thousands of Dollars at this store with Firearm Purchase. I use to get Fantastic Customer Service here but in the the last two years I have shopped at this location, it has got worse. It looks like the employees that know me and worked with me on sales no longer works there because I have not seen them and I frequently shop there. One time the AR I purchased didn't have a Magazine when I brought it home after I asked the employee to make sure everything is in the box before you seal it so I didn't want the hassle f dealing with the employee so I just purchase the MAG. Other times an employee just made me wait 40 minutes to check on an inventory and later after I asked again, he realized he just totally forgot about me. One time they couldn't find a Warranty info on a pistol we purchased. I can go on and on. This last time Dave at the Firearms sale couldn't get the info I needed and just made me wait there forever. Looks like the Store needs to hire qualified employees at the Firearms Sales. That's the last straw. Never going back here to purchase any firearms even if they go on sale. I'll go to your competitor. Smith & Edwards treated me better and actually want my business. That's too bad since I am a regular customer here.
