Staff and management is a joke and extremely lazy. I quit the company and this location last year due to being discriminated against due to my mental and physical disabilities. Coming here as a customer, still feel discriminated against. They are very well staffed, just very lazy. Pickup team is always overstaffed, yet it seems like they are understaffed due to how lazy they are. Everyone is always prioritizing their phones over helping customers. One of their door hosts has been demanding to see receipts and even ran out the door chasing my husband. This last visit he demanded to see the receipt multiple times, to the point we feel harassed.

Walmart usually has what we need. I like the self check and tonight we had a problem and had to go to customer service. Deborah was friendly and efficient taking care of what we needed fixed. The new bathrooms are very nice except for one thing. The stall doors have the purse/coat hooks so high that they are hard to reach for me at 5'3" so a much shorter person wouldn't have a chance at reaching them! I wish they would just install another set of hooks about 6-12 inches lower.
