My mom was recently here for total knee replacement. The whole process went smoothly. Although she had some complications post-op due to her low BP the entire team handled her stay well. The nurses and nurses aides were phenomenal at providing my mom the care she needed.

Just got home. I left Stamford hospital, after this nurse told me my knuckle dislocated itself, and was uncertain.... The nurse at Stamford had med students...she was pulling my pinkie toward herself to reset it..and told me my knuckle was in the middle of my hand.... I felt something was off. And not just the knuckle 😂.... So I came here. I had two doctors come into my room and show me exactly what happened to my hand.... I broke it in such a place it looked as if my knuckle traveled downward. I’m not a doctor, but the way I’m which the nurse at Stamford was manipulating my hand, seemed to be wrong; also confirming that yes indeed my interior boxer fracture was my knuckle. Suffice it to say I am happy that I went to Greenwich for a second opinion. They took care of me, gave me water and medication, and referred me to a hand surgeon. They even tried to arrange a ride for me out of there. I’m patient Kristopher DeTemple. I hope the staff feels as good as they made me tonight with this review. Thank you for not only being smart doctors, but nice ones too.
