Everyone in this office is professional, caring, pleasant, and friendly. The front desk was being given a very hard time by a "Karen" regarding wearing a mask. Those girls didn't even roll their eyes. They simply handed her 2 masks. I'm not sure I would have handled "Karen" quite as kind. Kudos to all!

Spoke with staff member about rescheduling my appointment, she said that they could fit me in on a Wednesday at 3:30 with the Dr. And his 2 Physician Assistants. I show up at 3:25 on Wednesday and the staff has no record of the change. Staff obviously not too professional, really too bad the doctor seems like he’s really good, they lost my business.
