I've gone to the Banner University Medicine Diabetes and Endocrinology Institute for a few years now. Through the Pandemic I've lost two doctors. Since earlier this year they have cancelled two appointments, could not reschedule me the last time they cancelled, and now as I am having issues with my CGM and prescriptions continue failing to help address the issues I'm facing. My doctors were great and I feel I was receiving great care. Currently, the issues they are facing with staffing, lack of doctors, or whatever obstacles they are facing are unacceptable. As a T1D I would not recommend this clinic. I'm significantly disappointed that the service has declined so much and is causing their patients to face the issues they are facing. I'm also disappointed that I've had to write this review. Don't go to Banner Endocrinology, you will most likely regret it. if they even talk to you at all.

In General The Med field is hard, but this Providers Really Trying to help out the big volume of Patients I have so Much Respects for this Team Specially Dr Philip Levy Who been Practice Forever who Play a big Role On Diabetes History even before Insuline was Created 30 something years ago...Dr J, Dr Kumar, Dr Guo and all the One's that really Try to help out. But One Person That I Really want to shout Out Too Is Dr Alsayed I can said many amazing thing but his work ethic is Top 100! and Next Thanks Too The New Add On, Dr Nasr The New Clinic Shift with a lot experience and Great Reviews. Thanks You All Please Keep Pushing :)

Took 8 months to schedule an appointment and provider asked several invasive questions that were extremely irrelevant to the purpose of the appointment addendum: emailed a reply to the email that replied to me and over a week no response

They are the absolute worst ever!! They can care less about your health. Dr kumar was very unprofessional with testing and treatment and the entire office when calling. I wouldnt wish my experience on anyone! Please run the other way if you care about your health because they can care less! I wouldve given them negative stars but it doesnt exsist…
