I can't say enough how great Mr. Meyer's and his team were. Walked me through the whole process step by step. Lived up to everything they said they would. Kept me in the loop on everything. Doing my research, I found other options out there that were more affordable. I chose Meyer Law because of their history and knowledge in handling bankruptcy's. With Meyer Law you speak with an actual attorney. An attorney handles your case not a paralegal that has multiple cases and you are just a number to them. When I had a question I got an answer that day. If I wanted to talk with Mr. Meyer's it happened. I would recommend them to anyone. At the very least have the consultation. It would be worth the conversation. Thanks again Meyer Law!

There were a few glitches but not due to them. I had a positive experience and they only contact when they need to and that was a huge time saver.

The economic fallout from COVID19 is the primary reason my wife and I found ourselves in a situation which required us to file bankruptcy and start over. To ensure we had competent and professional representation with the court, we chose Haines Meyer of Meyer Law LLC! Haines Meyer and the staff of professionals at Meyer Law, treated my wife and I with respect and dignity throughout the process. They walked us through each step of the process, providing invaluable advice and direction, ensuring we understood and agreed to each successive step. We want to thank Haines Meyer, along with Traci and Brianna, for all their help and hard work navigating a stressful situation!! We highly recommend this firm to everyone whom finds it necessary to file bankruptcy. Thank you!!! Alan & Judy Sullivan

Questions & Answers

If I’m married, can I file without my spouse?

You can file separately, without your spouse. However, you may have to include some information about your spouse, and in many cases your bankruptcy will be more effective if you file jointly with your spouse. The type of debt you have, the property you own, and many other factors affect which option makes the most sense.

In Arizona when can you file Bankruptcy. If you filed before.

If you filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the past, you must wait 8 years if you want to file Chapter 7 again and 4 years if you want to file a Chapter 13. If you originally filed a Chapter 13, you would need to wait 6 years in order to file a Chapter 7. Feel free to contact our offices if you would like a free consultation with an experienced bankruptcy attorney.
