Yes, they will provide you with food on your first visit, but all follow up visits will require a CAP card. There is more information at this website to get a CAP card: http://azcend.org/community-action-program/
CAP stands for Community Action Program. The card allows access to food and clothes banks in the Gilbert, AZ area. You can get the card at the Gilbert CAP office inside the Heritage Center at 132 W Bruce Ave, Gilbert 85233.

The food and clothing are free. Yes I believe they are open on Saturdays. The CAP office is just down the street near The Boys and Girls Club in Gilbert. You must have a Gilbert address. The people at Open Arms are wonderful. If you have any questions they will help you.
