I've called this place so many times. I can't even count. I left countless messages and I've only got a call back one time. Finally getting hold of someone. I let them know what my insurance was and they said they weren't sure if they took it but they took my information and said they call me back and let me know. I never received a call back. I've continued to try and get a hold of them with no luck. In my opinion. When you're pregnant you want to be able to get a hold of your doctor. This is ridiculous. I don't even know how they're in business to be honest.

Love this office! For one the office is gorgeous, front desk ladies are amazing, super nice and Dr. Garza is the best. Wish I went to him to delivery my babies, but now I’m done having kids lol. He’s got me as a patient though. Thank you! Glad I found your office.

I have gone to see Dr. Garza for both of my pregnancies and have truly loved the care I have received both times! Garza is a wonderful doctor and person. My husband and I always look forward to the appointments with him. He remembers small details of our family and truly shows that he listens and takes interest in our opinions and feelings. He listens to our cares and concerns and helps us to better evaluate decisions. The ladies in the front office have been wonderful. Especially the office manager! Scheduling was easy and I loved the text message reminders for upcoming appointments. I also saw Vanessa a few times and she was lovely. If I ever decide to have another baby I will 100% return to this office and Dr. Garza.

I change OB's at 28wks due to insurance so I was already nervous.. the front desk is so unprofessional, you can hear side chatter & and personal conversations way too clearly. Even when talking w patients abt payment or treatment they speak so loudly the whole office can hear. I witnessed this w patients other than myself. For all the time they have to chat, you wld think they cld answer the phone, but nope. Be prepared to leave a message bc they WILL NOT ANSWER. Pretty convinced that is just there policy. They also canceled SEVERAL of my appointments and it was like pulling teeth to schedule. The NP speaks irresponsibly w her words. I do believe this is due to experience but she wld state things and plant worries and then not have any statistics or facts or test results to back them. I wld leave the office more worried abt the what ifs then when I came. The doctor is cocky and not thorough. He also talks abt things that just create worry b4 it's necessary. They made my age seem like such a huge deal, which was such a shock coming from an OB that didn't seem concerned at all( his practice was very - no need to be concerned until there are results or factors that arise causing concern) .. i had a history of preclampsia in my first pregnancy and the doc "didnt see it necessary " to take my urine sample at each apt.. he said "i cld take sample from all my ladies(which is how he referred to his patients) that comes in, but i dont think it's necessary" (my old ob took everyone's, and my new ob since takes EVERYONE'S) I want a doc who goes above and beyond, who takes ALL precautions! The routine things i did w both my other pregnancies at my old ob office seemed to somehow not matter at this office. Everything abt being there made me feel uncomfortable. I felt neglected in my care and I don't believe I was monitored as I shld have been. I left at 32wks bc I just cldnt settle and put my and my babies life in their hands. There are way too many other options, to go to this place!!
