I used to love Macey’s. I just recently moved to Orem and this Macey’s is my closest grocery store. I started shopping here and every time I go there are ALWAYS out of something I need. Even if I go and only need a few things they will still be out of something I need. I went to get milk and they were out of milk! I have never seen a grocery store out of milk. I sometimes would do an online order and the personal shoppers will always text me saying they are out of something, and when they are out of something it’s usually more than 1 thing. I was sick and tired of going to different grocery stores to do my shopping because I could never get everything on my list. I also don’t get the perks phone number thing, you don’t get any perks. I have never received coupons or anything with it. I go to the Provo Smith’s now. I would rather drive a little further to them because they are never out of anything, they are always fully stocked. You also get great offers with your phone number. They have an app that has tons of awesome coupons. Macey’s is way over priced.

We love this Maceys. We literally drive past a couple other grocery stores to get here. Great produce, and the other selections are great. Prices aren't the cheapest, but they're fair. Getting the occasional Kong cone is awesome. Now they have a Starbucks and a red button ice cream place too. Last but not least the workers here are always friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love the remodel of this store! It feels so comfortable and welcoming and walking in to the smell of fresh coffee is wonderful. The music is always familiar and enjoyable, the paint colors and lighting are not over-bearing. The selection of products is always great, and the store is always so clean and organized. The produce is fresh and prices are decent compared to other stores. Thank you, Maceys!
