We came in here last minute after having a terrible experience at another store and the difference was night and day. They were friendly and they took the time to actually work with us. We worked with Hannah and she went above and beyond to make sure 1.) My husband looked good. And 2.) We were having a wonderful experience in the store. We will be coming back time and time again. We will only shop here now because of the wonderful experience we had here!!!!

Hannah was terrific in helping me find a great new suit, a stylish sportscoat, and other great looking accessories that are made to endure while not breaking the bank! Big thanks Hannah!

I recently moved out of Utah to begin retirement, and I knew that where I am now living has very few stores and services, so I decided to hedge against a future need and buy a new suit where I could count on service and quality. Although the dominant regional suit store has had my business for over 45 years, and even though they are good and economical, I chose Jos. A. Bank to purchase my suit. MIND YOU, quality can come at a premium price, but I went to the middle of the cost road for a great suit and the excellent tailoring offered by these folks. I am completely satisfied. At the same time, I decided to have another JAB suit tailored, one I had purchased five years earlier for my daughter's wedding. It was this suit that converted me to JAB. I needed to have it taken I, due to a weight loss. Although the suit wouldn't be ready for me in time for the move, sales associates saw to it that it would be sent to me when ready. When it arrived is FedEx, I tried it on and the fit was Perfect! Best fitting suit I've ever had. Although "your mileage may vary," based on sales and tailoring at your local JAB, this one is great.

The service is spectacular here! Very calm and little to no pressure, with sales all the time! Super high quality suits and shirts, but the only problem was that my suit wasn't pressed when I recieved it, although they said it would be. All other ways, I would reccomend going!
