There's no showroom. 3 stars may not reflect to the quality of the distribution center, but Google maps says this has in store shopping, and I just drove 20 miles to reach an office park.

I worked there as a helper for a contractor. They gave us 22 deliveries a day and 20 haul aways. We go In at 5 am. And go home at 9 pm . Delivering appliances is not as easy as all the Karen's and bobs in here think it is. But then again best buy did not care for our well being and safety either. Carrying a fridge and bringing down another one up a flight of stairs is not easy. Especially in the snow in below 0° weather. Because if it was that easy. Why didn't any of u guys pick up and install ur own apliances:)

This place did a no call/no show for my new washer & dryer almost two weeks after I put in the order then whenI called- they pushed my delivery date back TWO WEEKS!! And acted like I did something wrong. So I canceled and got a new set with another company who had a better price and a better delivery date, and this horrible company charged me $29 to return my money because THEY didn't show up. STAY AWAY! You've been warned.
