GiGi assisted my nephew with storage. From the minute we walked in, she gave us her full attention. Not only does she address customer questions in detail, she has a keen perception of people. She was very helpful, even though she was incredible busy. She was also very compassionate. Cube smart is very fortunate to have this remarkable employee! She certainly earns the trust of customers and prospective customers.

I always paid a month in advance went to close my account women on the phone says yes we owe money but I was to issue the refund before I shut the account I need to speak to my manager I’ll send him an email we do owe you the money called several times same response I will send the manager another email we will call you Tuesday I never heard back she even verified thru records that she owed me money I closed my account before the start of the new period also I sent and email to who responded to this review and no response back
