Absolutely poor customer service, the owner or manager yelled at my wife and I when all we wanted to do was return their lock when we had our own (which they charged us for). There is never anyone working at this location, the elevator is breaking down and hasn't had an inspection done since 2020, you can see the expired license in the elevator. Absolutely awful experience, avoid this location and owner at all costs he was very rude and condescending and completely unwilling to answer our questions in a reasonable way

They have parking spaces outside if ur ok with it being outside for 2 months it's also gated.
I dont believe there is a particular criteria. I used my own. You should try to choose a common size to be sure it fits.
