This is my favorite Home Depot. Although there are a couple Home Depots closer to my home, if I need advice on a project, or extra help, I will drive the extra miles to this one because the staff have been so helpful.

Good. I was there a week ago and masks were in place. They had some available as well when I went. Hand sanitizer stations were at random spots throughout the store for customer use.
I believe carpet install is free if you spend over $700 on carpet.
You need to call the Store.
I suggest looking the price up on their website and adding the appropriate percentage of tax for your city/county. You can also call the location and ask to be transferred to the paint department. I can tell you that the staff is incredibly eager to help and very capable, especially at this location.
