This used to be a good place to eat, but it’s apparently under new management and has gone to the dogs, literally. Today we went expecting the good food we’ve gotten in the past. Never again! The chicken in our moo goo gai pan didn’t taste right, there was a hair in my wife’s plate, and they tried to charge higher prices than were on the menu we had just ordered from. There was no manager on duty at 1pm, but when this was explained to a young man who could understand english his response was that they’ve had to raise prices and he was just sorry about the food not tasting good. When he told the lady at the cash register in i believe spanish about the situation she gave us a whole $2 discount, total, not individually. This is no way to treat a customer. When I said we wouldn’t be back he said behind our back to just not come back. How rude! Spread the word that this place is not what it used to be and should be avoided.

The last several times I’ve gotten food from here it’s not been the same. I’m not sure if they are under new management or not. I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid but I won’t be going back.

We picked up their food on vacation and it tasted terrible. We ordered three different house specialties, crab rangoons and pot stickers. All of it was disgusting. The employees were also rude.

Something has happened in the kitchen. Young,pretty lady taking orders, maybe she brought some younger ,positive flow or ideas to the kitchen. Food is really good ,my lowmain was awesome. Proud of you guys, keep it up, we need a change ,new chef new flavors ,new menu . Go to some top notch Chinese places in Knoxville, look at their menu,taste their food. See if you can offer us something very good and different ,that's what this town needs. The other Asian restaurant in town is no count ,period
