Do not believe ANYTHING you are told by these people. 3 days and my flat tire is still not fixed. Promised to be placed in line... then called and promised it would be done today... then arrived at closing time and told maybe tomorrow. Everyone you talk to has a different story and none are true.

My tire had a slow leak so I dropped the truck off at 2 pm. The gentleman at the front desk said they would call me in the morning because they couldn’t get it in until then. I didn’t hear anything the next day so I called at noon. He said it would be done at 1. I came in at 2:30 pm and my truck was still sitting in front of the store. My tire was completely flat and had been sitting there for almost 24 hours on the rim. I had to sit there and wait another hour for my tire to be fixed.

Colton is such a good listener. He makes me feel like he cares and actually hears what I'm saying to him. I don't mean personally but when I try to describe my problem with the car. I'm here nearly every other week to fix a flat and get new tires ever 2 to 3 months due to my job. Jeff was amazing. There were a few issues that happened, their fault, when working on my car but they were professional, helpful, and did everything to communicate what was going on as well as fix the issues. This week, I've been here 4 times to get tires, and resolve a few issues. So I have a couple more names to mention. Allison noticed I had been here a while one of those days and went to check what was going on. Apparently, someone forgot to tell Jeff they were back from a 'test drive' with my car. Thank you for being attentive Allison. Austin was the bearer of bad news. When these issues arise, I was actually at ease and peace with the way he told me about them. I love the "I have good news and bad news" line. He delivered both in a great way that made me, the customer, understand a well as feel ok about the bad news and what was going on to fix it. The team here is no NASCAR pit crew, but they sure are amazing and deserve the 5 star ratings. We can't please all the people all the time, but they sure do a good job... even when I was getting upset and cranky due to low blood sugar levels and waiting so many hours. This location has a top notch customer service related team. I do hope the big bosses will look at this crew and notice how amazing they are. Thank you Les Shwab team in Nampa on 12th st. Dan

This location and the staff here are amazing. Let me drop a few names: Talon: came running to my car to see what brought me in. He was also the one that worked in my car by doing the specific tire rotation and two new tires I bought. As well as specific air pressures I wanted all around. He did it perfectly. Turns out he works on helicopters or something like that. WOW! Janet or was it Jackie: I feel bad for forgetting her name. She jumped out of her seat to assist me, making sure my specific requests were written correctly. And then when I returned, she promptly got up, found my keys and paperwork before I even reached the counter. People like her make this location feel welcoming and amazing!!! Thank you. Thomas: I MUST mention this young man. He is incredible with customers. He takes an extra few minutes to talk to the customers. He is polite and seems to care. He made sure the crew did the job right. I know he isn't in management, but he is 100% the type of person that should be. If you get a chance to work with him or have him help you, just smile and he will always offer one back!!! My only complaint: I wish they were as fast as N.A.S.C.A.R. pit stops are. Or maybe formula 1. But hey, I can forgo that request knowing that the job is done right....... the first time! Thank you guys for all you do and putting up with customers like me who seem to be there every week or two due to my driving job where I get a ton of nails. Dan
